One-on-one mentoring relationships between one mentor and a mentee are the most common, however, peer group mentoring is on the rise with powerful results. Peer mentoring brings groups of individuals together in a mentoring community where they can share ideas and resources, hold each other accountable, and drive performance.
DRIVE Peer Mentoring Community is a structured peer mentoring cohort ready to be applied within any organizational context. The online facilitated cohort incorporates industry best practices, and is based on Jenn Labin’s innovative AXLES framework for developing mentoring programs. DRIVE Peer Mentoring Community is designed to be flexibly applied to just about any context, such as:
- Emerging Leaders / High-Potential Groups
- New Hires
