Effective mentors who can engage mentees, set challenging goals, and help create sustainable development create powerful results at an individual and strategic level. However, most new mentors are not equipped with the right skills to create a strong, positive impact.
The Mentoring Momentum learning experience provides mentors with the right skills and tools they need to drive growth within mentoring relationships. This collaborative and interactive experience involves mentors in defining effective mentor behavior, setting strong developmental goals, identifying the root cause of development problems, communicating more effectively, and planning for learning progress.
Mentoring Momentum is available in 1-day and 2-day classroom and virtual classroom series formats. Learning experience is based on the mentor’s own real-life mentoring experience and includes a complete Mentor Toolkit for all participants.
