We will take a look at the industry’s only standard model for developing mentoring programs, and follow steps to support mentors. With plenty of activities, a live social media feed, and video cameos by industry leaders, this session will keep you moving. You will complete take-and-use worksheets so you can start applying the model right away. After attending the session, you will have five concrete tactics to improve the effectiveness of mentors in your program.
