DRIVE Peer Mentoring Community is a structured peer mentoring cohort ready to be applied within any organizational context. The online facilitated cohort incorporates industry best practices, and is designed to be flexibly applied to just about any context, such as:

DRIVE Peer Mentoring Community is a robust virtual mentoring experience, typically designed for six-month cohorts. Participants are assigned into groups of four to six individuals. Participants set goals, meet individually and together, post videos and updates to our online community, and engage with additional industry experts throughout the program.
Program Outcome: Reinforce and maximize impact of learning initiatives and personal growth through guided peer mentoring.
