Fun Facts

We asked our team members to answer a few questions to help you get to know them better!

My Role at TERP:

5 Ways I Add Value to the Team:

  1. I bring an abundant supply of energy and enthusiasm.
  2. When it comes to challenging the norms I get creative.
  3. One of my happiest places is when I’m collaborating with the team.
  4. True to my British roots, through trials and tribulations I keep calm and carry on.
  5. Positivity is my best friend.

What Movie or Song Best Represents My Approach to Talent Development?

Katy Perry’s “Roar”

Finish this sentence: “The Best Mentor I Ever Had…”

… encouraged me to fly!”

If I were a fictional character, I would be…

Sorry to be disruptive 😉 but I really want to answer this question with what animal I would be… I’d be a female lion but with a male lion’s mane. I love the grand prowess the mane exudes, but male lions sleep all day while the females go out to hunt and gather. I’m that fierce female lion who’s adopted the male’s mane.

Three of my core values are:

Integrity, empathy and respect.
